Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Currently there is no way to update master password once it is set. If it exposed user has no option to change it.
Will pick this once #13 is done so that vault it can be handled as per new vault management changes.
